Short Term Loans
Short term lending is becoming increasingly popular whereby clients require immediate funds to assist with property settlements, refinancing loans in arrears, getting businesses out of receivership, bridging facilities etc.

$50,000 to $75 million
Up to 80% LVR
First and second mortgage or caveat acceptable as security
Terms up to 12 months

Land bank Funding
Landbank funding is used when either purchasing or restructuring existing debt on englobo land which the purchaser has earmarked for development. The loan is generally interest capped allowing the owner to secure the required permits to develop or sell the site.

First mortgage security only
Terms up to 24 months

Commercial Loans
Commercial Term debt can be used to assist with the purchase or restructuring of debt against income producing commercial property, with terms generally between 10 – 15yrs, however can be up to 25yrs.

Terms up to 25 years

Mezzanine Debt
Mezzanine debt is provided in addition to ‘senior’ debt which is normally provided by a bank. In return for providing the mezzanine loan, the lender will usually take security over the property and/or the assets of the borrower, ranking after the “senior” lender.
